Greetings from Kigali Marriott Hotel,

 The Management of Kigali Marriott Hotel hereby invites interested individuals, companies, to participate in auction for the sale of selected disposable hotel assets and room linen.

The assets and room linen will be offered on an "as-is, where-is" basis and may include furniture, fixtures, kitchen equipment, housekeeping equipment, room linen, office furniture, electronic equipment, and other items.

Kindly submit your sealed auction to Kigali Marriott loss prevention office(Security office) Cutoff Date 4th September 2026 (Kigali Marriott).

Site inspection will be on 28th August 2026 at 11:am at Marriott Kigali. Please call MR Valois on 0780 566 554.

Please make sure your,

  1. Sealed auction is registered in our log book at loss prevention office.
  2. Write your company name.
  3. Write the auction Name.
  4. In case of email, auction should only be addresses to Miss Rusano Jennifer Our Executive Assistant onlyon this email address jennifer.urusaro@marriott.com
  5. Note: Auction by email will only be sent to Jennifer who will print them and put in a sealed envelope for registration in theauction logo book .
