Introduction

As part of our asset management and inventory optimization program, Green Hills Academy is conducting a public auction of surplus, obsolete, and unused assets that have been identified through a comprehensive inventory review. These items are no longer required for the Academy's operations due to replacement, upgrades, or changes in institutional needs.

The auction offers an opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to acquire a diverse range of assets at competitive prices. The items available include, but are not limited to:

  • Commercial kitchen equipment and catering utensils
  • Information Technology (IT) equipment, including computers, printers, monitors, tablets, networking devices, and audiovisual equipment
  • Office furniture and fixtures
  • Cambridge Laboratory equipment and educational materials
  • Household and maintenance equipment
  • Recovered construction materials
  • Trees and plants suitable for landscaping and replanting
  • Various miscellaneous assets and accessories

All assets will be sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis, with no warranty or guarantee regarding their condition, performance, or suitability for any particular purpose. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the items during the designated viewing period before submitting their bids.

The detailed inventory accompanying this auction notice provides a complete list of the assets available for disposal. Green Hills Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to withdraw any item from the auction where deemed necessary.
