PART A — INVITATION TO QUOTE
The African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), Rwanda Country Office, invites eligible and qualified companies to submit quotations for Framework Contract for Architectural and Engineering Design Services – Smart Green Village, Agriculture Hub and Tourism Hub (AWF-RW/RFP/FY27/032-FC).
The African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) Rwanda Country Office invites qualified architecture and engineering firms to submit proposals for a 12-month framework contract for architectural and engineering design services for the Smart Green Village (SGV), an agriculture hub and a tourism hub in the Volcanoes National Park landscape. This is an open call: any eligible firm may submit a proposal.
Work will be ordered through service orders priced from the framework rates. No minimum volume is guaranteed and more than one framework may be awarded. To avoid conflicts of interest, the framework firm will not supervise or construct works it has designed, and will not review its own designs; design review, supervision and certification are procured separately (AWF-RW/RFP/FY27/034-FC).
