PART A — INVITATION TO QUOTE
The African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), Rwanda Country Office, invites eligible and qualified companies to submit quotations for Framework Contract for Independent Engineer Services – Design Review, Supervision and Certification of Works (AWF-RW/RFP/FY27/034-FC).
The African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) Rwanda Country Office invites qualified engineering consulting firms to submit proposals for a 12-month framework contract to act as AWF's independent engineer: reviewing and approving designs, supervising construction and certifying works for AWF-supported infrastructure in the Volcanoes National Park landscape. This is an open call: any eligible firm may submit a proposal.
Work will be ordered through service orders priced from the framework rates; no minimum volume is guaranteed. To ensure independence, the firm awarded this framework may not hold design or construction contracts for projects it reviews or supervises.
