Preferred
- ICPAR Certified Public Accountant (CPA Rwanda) qualification is strongly preferred.
- Candidates holding a CPA Rwanda qualification will be given priority throughout the recruitment process.

| Job Description |
- Responding to client inquiries and providing professional accounting and tax support.
- Performing and reviewing bookkeeping records.
- Preparing and filing PAYE, RSSB contributions, WHT, VAT, CIT, and other statutory returns.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements and supporting corporate income tax filings.
- Researching and interpreting tax laws, regulations, and practical guidelines.
- Providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services.
- Supporting accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and advisory engagements for clients across multiple African countries in collaboration with regional teams.
- Managing accounting documents and maintaining cloud-based records.
- Supporting business development and marketing activities.
- Visiting clients and building long-term business relationships.
- Supporting company incorporation and corporate secretarial services.
- Supporting due diligence, M&A advisory, and business expansion projects.
- Utilizing cloud accounting systems and AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Performing other duties assigned by the manager.
