TENDER NOTICE

TENDER TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF COMMUNITY ECD, 8 CHILD TOILETS AT 8 HBECD & REHABILITATION OF 2 HOUSES TOILETS AT UWINKINGI SECTOR

TENDER REFERENCE N°: 012/SOS-CV/NCB/W/2026

CLIENT: SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA 

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in construction works to submit their offers for the tender related to the Construction of Community Ecd, 8 Child Toilets At 8 HBECD & Rehabilitation Of 2 Houses Toilets at Uwinkingi Sector.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field and falling in category F of RPPA for companies operating in the field of building and civil engineering as per June, 2026. The company must not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions.

Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. (No physical documents shall be allowed).

All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security from recognized commercial banks equivalent to Six Hundred and Twenty Thousand Rwanda Francs (620,000 Frw). A compulsory site visit will be conducted at SOS Nyamagabe, (Former Gikongoro) on 27/06/2026 from 10h00 a.m to 4:h00 p.m. Note that all companies to take site visit will register their addresses at the entrance of the gate hence after continuing to proposed construction sites.

Well-presented bids, properly organised, signed, stamped must be submitted to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA on the e-mails: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 02nd/07/2026, at 11:00 a.m local time.Late bids shall be rejected.
