Brief description of DUHAMIC-ADRI
DUHAMIC-ADRI is a local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based in Kigali, Rwanda, established and legally recognized under Ministerial Order No. 943/05 of 12 July 1985. The organization operates in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of Rwanda, including Law No. 058/2024 of 20 June 2024, governing non-governmental organizations.

Tender background
In pursuit of institutional sustainability, DUHAMIC-ADRI has invested in the construction of a multi-storey apartment building, located in Kicukiro District, Niboye Sector. The building is about to be completed and will soon be opened for use. Once completed, it will comprise 14 residential units: 7 one-bedroom apartments with a living room, 3 two-bedroom apartments with a living room and 4 studio apartments, each equipped with a kitchen.
To prepare the apartments for use as furnished rental units, DUHAMIC-ADRI intends to engage a company to undertake the required construction-related works and installations.
The detailed list of items and works, with quantities and specifications, is provided in the attached Terms of Reference.
