SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed proposals from specialized and eligible firms to conduct an evaluation for national strategy for SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda for the year 2023-2027.
Participation is open on equal conditions to all firms operating in Rwanda experienced in the related field. The firms must be registered with Rwanda Development Board and should not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institution/organization.
Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org .
Well-presented technical and financial proposals, duly organized, signed, and dated, must be submitted electronically to SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda via sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org, with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org, no later than 3 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time. Late submissions will be rejected. Important Note: The technical proposal, financial proposal, and all other required supporting documents must be consolidated into one PDF document and submitted as a single attachment. Submissions containing separate or scattered documents may be rejected.
