TENDER NOTICE: No 006 AgDF/S/NCB/2026
Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF) here by invites qualified companies to submit their bids for the
following tender:
- Provision of culture transformation program
- The tender document in English may be obtained on any working day upon presentation of proof of payment of ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW 10,000) non-refundable fee paid to AgDF corporate trust Ltd account number 00040-00424687-43 held in Bank of Kigali.
- Well-scanned bids written in English language, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Agaciro Development Fund must be submitted not later than Friday 24th April 2026 at 15:00 PM. All bids' submissions are done online and sent to procurement@agaciro.rw , Late bids will be rejected.
- The opening of bids will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in AgDF board room on 24th April 2026 at 15:30 PM.
- Bidders should be companies registered in Rwanda.
- The bid title should clearly indicate the tender name. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
