TENDER TITLE: EXTENSIONOF BOY’S DORMITORY BUILDING

Tender Reference N°: 009/SOS-CV/NCB/W/2026CLIENT: SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA 

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in construction works to submit their offers for the tender related to Extension of Boy’s Dormitory Building at SOS Kagugu Technical School. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field of construction industries. 

The company must not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions.

Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. Joint Venture is not allowed, and no physical documents shall be allowed. 

All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “a bid security issued by any recognized commercial banks equivalent to 1.8% of the total bid price (Bid quotation). A compulsory site visit will be conducted at SOS- Kagugu Technical School, on 22nd/06/2026 from 10h30 a.m to 11h00 a.m. Note that, all companies to take site visit must register their addresses at the reception of SOS Kagugu Technical School.

Well-presented bids, properly organised, signed and stamped must be submitted to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the emails: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy tososbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 01/07/2026, at 11:00 a.m local time.Late bids shall be rejected.
