TENDER NOTICE: No 015 AgDF/S/NCB/2026

Agaciro Development Fund (AgDF) herebyinvitesqualified companies to submit their bids for the following tender:

Provision of cleaning services

1. The tender document in English may be obtained on any working day upon submission of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW 10,000), deposited into AgDF Corporate Trust Ltd Account No. 00040-00424687-43 held at Bank of Kigali. Proof of payment should be senttoprocurement@agaciro.rw, upon which the tender document will be provided.
2. Well-scanned bids written in English language, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Agaciro Development Fund must be submitted not later than Thursday 25th June 2026 at 3:00PM. All bids submissions are done online and sent to procurement@agaciro.rw , Late bids will be rejected.
3. The opening of bids will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in AgDF board room on 25th June 2026 at 3:30 PM.
4. Bidders should be companies registered in Rwanda.
5. The bid title should clearly indicate the tender name. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.
