Tender Title: Provision of Generator Maintenance and Technical Support Services
Sager Ganza Microfinance PLC invites qualified individuals and companies with relevant experience and technical capacity to submit bids for the provision of generator maintenance and technical support services at the following locations:
- Sager Ganza Head Office / Nyabugogo Branch
- Nyamata Branch
- Masoro Branch
- Kiyanza Branch
The selected service provider will enter into an annual renewable maintenance contract covering:
- General preventive maintenance twice per quarter.
- Inspection, testing, and reconfiguration of generator automation/ATS panels where necessary.
- Identification and recommendation of spare parts or control-panel devices requiring replacement.
- Availability to provide technical support whenever a generator-related issue occurs.
- Provision of maintenance and technical reports after each intervention.
Both qualified individuals and companies are welcome to participate, provided they have the required technical knowledge, experience, and capacity to deliver the services described in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
Interested companies may obtain the official tender documents from our Head Office located at Nyabugogo, Kigali, during working hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 RWF) to the following bank account:
