TENDER NOTICE
TENDER TITLE: ROAD RENOVATION, WATER TANKS STORAGE INSTALLATION AND VEHICLE PARKING AREAS IMPROVEMENT
SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in construction works to submit their offers for the tender related to the Road Renovation, Water Tanks Storage Installation and Vehicle Parking Areas Improvement.
Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field and falling in category F of RPPA for companies operating in the field of building and civil engineering as per September 2026. The company must not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions.
Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. (No physical documents shall be allowed).
A compulsory site visit will be conducted at SOS Gikongoro, on 26th/10/2026 from 11h00 a.m to 11h30 a.m. Note that all companies to take site visit will register their addresses at the entrance of the gate then after continuing the construction site.

Well-presented bids, properly organised, signed, stamped must be submitted to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA on the following e-mails: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 02nd/11/2026, at 11:00 a.m local time. Late bids shall be rejected.
