AMNDEMENT: INVITATION TO TENDER: 02/CO/DU/GIS/2026
TITLE: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PRINTER AND SERVER
- Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi invites qualified bidders to participate in the tender for the Supply and Installation of Printer and Server. The tender shall be conducted in one (1) lot.
- Participation is open, under equal conditions, to all specialized enterprises legally operating in the relevant field.
- Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from the Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi office starting from 28 September 2026, upon presentation of a deposit slip for a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000, deposited into Account No. 4076200015973 held at Equity Bank, in the name of Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi.
- Bids shall be prepared in English or French, properly printed, signed, stamped, and bound. Each bid shall be submitted in three (3) copies: one (1) original and two (2) copies.
- Bids shall be submitted to the Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi office no later than Friday, 23 October 2026, at 10:00 hours.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Committee Letter.
- The outer envelope shall clearly indicate the name and title of the tender.
- Bids shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline for submission of bids.
- The site visit is scheduled to take place from 5 to 14 October 2026. Any amendments or changes relating to the site visit shall apply only to bidders who have not yet completed the site visit. Bidders who have already completed the site visit shall not be affected by these amendments.)
- All payments shall be made in Rwandan Francs (RWF).
- The opening of bids shall take place on the same day, Friday, 23 October 2026, at 10:30 hours prompt, at the Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi office, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
