Dear Sir/Madam,

Compassion International Rwanda Office (CIRW) is pleased to invite all interested and eligible firms to submit bids under an Open Tender for the supply of Beverages, Bakery Items and Snacks.

CIRW is a Christ centered organization committed to the holistic development of children in partnership with local churches. CIRW seeks reliable suppliers of freshly prepared non alcoholic beverages, bakery items and snacks for office meetings, trainings, visitor receptions and staff events.

Interested coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, bakeries and caterers with proven experience, food hygiene compliance and the capacity to deliver quickly in Kigali are encouraged to participate.

Tender Details:

  • Tender Title: Supply of Beverages, Bakery Items and Snacks
  • Tender Method: Open Tendering
  • Tender Reference Number: CIRW 002/2026-2027
  • Date of Issue: November 3, 2026
  • Scope of Supply: Lot 1: Hot, Iced and Cold Non Alcoholic Beverages (98 items); Lot 2: Bakery Items and Snacks (18 items). Bidders may bid for one or both lots
  • Delivery: As soon as possible after each request, to the CIRW office in Kigali
  • Contract Period: Framework agreement for one (1) year

Submission Requirements:

  • Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal.
  • Clearly mark each envelope with the Tender Reference Number (CIRW 002/2026-2027) and the Bidder's name.
  • Deadline for submission: November 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at the Compassion International Head Office at KACYIRU,8 KG 548 St, Kigali. Late bids will be rejected.
