Dear Sir/Madam,

Compassion International Rwanda Office (CIRW) is pleased to invite all interested and eligible firms to submit bids under an Open Tender for the supply of Hospitality and Cleaning Supplies.

CIRW is a Christ centered organization committed to the holistic development of children in partnership with local churches. CIRW seeks reliable suppliers of refreshments and catering supplies, and of cleaning, hygiene and sanitation supplies, for its offices, kitchen, washrooms and vehicles.

Interested suppliers with proven experience in supplying offices or institutions, and the capacity to deliver genuine branded products on time, are encouraged to participate.

Submission Requirements:

  • Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal.
  • Clearly mark each envelope with the Tender Reference Number (CIRW 003/2026-2027) and the Bidder's name.
  • Deadline for submission: November 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at the Compassion International Head Office at KACYIRU,8 KG 548 St, Kigali. Late bids will be rejected.
