Dear Sir/Madam,

Compassion International Rwanda Office (CIRW) is pleased to invite all interested and eligible firms to submit bids under an Open Tender for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of three (3) Samsung 18,000 BTU air conditioning units.

CIRW is a Christ centered organization committed to the holistic development of children in partnership with local churches. CIRW seeks a qualified contractor to deliver a complete, safe and fully operational air conditioning installation at its office in Kigali.

Interested air conditioning suppliers and contractors with qualified refrigeration and electrical technicians and proven experience in similar installations are encouraged to participate.

Tender Details:

  • Tender Title: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Three (3) Samsung 18,000 BTU Air Conditioning Units
  • Tender Method: Open Tendering
  • Tender Reference Number: CIRW 006/2026-2027
  • Date of Issue: November 3, 2026
  • Scope of Works: Supply of three (3) genuine Samsung split type units of about 18,000 BTU/h each, with complete installation, testing and commissioning
  • Site Visit: November 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the CIRW Head Office, so that bidders can see the installation locations and pipe routes
  • Completion Period: Within seven (7) days after the Purchase Order

Submission Requirements:

  • Bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal.
  • Clearly mark each envelope with the Tender Reference Number (CIRW 006/2026-2027) and the Bidder's name.
  • Deadline for submission: November 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at the Compassion International Head Office at KACYIRU,8 KG 548 St, Kigali. Late bids will be rejected.
