Tender title: Tender for Supply of Mobile Phones at SOS CV Rwanda

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in dealing with Phones or IT related gadgets to submit their offers for the tender related to Mobile Phones at SOS CV RWANDA. 

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialised in the field of supplying phones.The companies must be registered with the Registry of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions/organisations.

To obtain the tender document must submit proof of payment of 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs non-refundable) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. The tender document and can be obtained by sending a request through E-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org. N.B: (Physical documents are not acceptable). 

Well-presented bids, properly organised (in one pdf file) must be submitted to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 27th/04/2026, at 11:00 PM local time.Late bids shall be rejected.
