2. Objective of the tender
The objective of this tender is to procure high-quality, durable, and efficient Coffee machine and accessories to support hotel operations.

The successful bidder shall be responsible for:

- Delivery to designated location (Mantis Akagera Game Lodge)
- Installation and commissioning
- Basic use training to the concerned staff members
- Provision of warranty and after-sales service

- RSSB clearance certificate
