TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF NETWORK SECURITY FIREWALL AND SD-WAN LEO CONNECTIVITY SOLUTIONS

UMUTANGUHA Finance Company (UFC) Plc, a company duly registered in the Office of the Registrar General under company code number 101310843, licensed by National Bank of Rwanda to operate as Micro Finance Institution. Umutanguha Microfinance operates a Headquarters and multiple geographically distributed branch locations that require secure, reliable and highly available connectivity to support its financial services, internal business applications, cloud services, voice, collaboration and other business operations.

As part of its network modernization program, Umutanguha Finance intends to implement a solution for a resilient Wide Area Network incorporating Peplink SD-WAN and bonding technology together with Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite connectivity, to improve branch connectivity and security, centralized visibility and management of WAN performance, support business continuity.

The solution will be executed under two components structured as the supply and installation of a SD-WAN, WAN bonding and LEO connectivity and Supply and installation of the Network security Equipment.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 2 copies of which one is the original have to reach at the Human Resource and Administration Department of UMUTANGUHA FINANCE COMPANY Plc at the address mentioned above not later than 21st October 2026 at 10:00 am local hours. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. 

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the 21st October 2026 at 10:30am in the Boardroom of UFC Plc Head Office.
