TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

  1. Good Neighbors International hereby invites national tenders for its offices rehabilitation located in HO-Kagarama, Kicukiro district, Gisozi/Gasabo District, Runda and Nyamiyaga /Kamonyi District, Cyiri and Mukindo/Gasabo District. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or firms specialized in the field of construction with reputable experience.
  2. The tender is in 2 lots: 

Lot 1: Head Office/Kicukiro district, Gisozi/Gasabo district, Runda and Ngoma/Kamonyi district

Lot 2: Huye Area office, Cyiri/ and Mukiza offices/Gisagara District

  1. Tender documents may be obtained from the Secretariat of Good Neighbors International- Head office located at Kicukiro District, Kagarama Sector, Kanserege cell, Bwiza village, KK 395st, Household No: 4 from 6th to 14th August 2026, during business hours upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RwF), deposited to the account No. 211-117708-1-5101-2, Account Name: Good Neighbors Rwanda open in GT Bank.
  2. A compulsory site visit shall be conducted by representatives of Good Neighbors International scheduled for 11th and 12th August 2026. For Lot 1, bidders shall convene at 09:30 AM local time 11 August, 2026 at the GNI Head Office. For Lot 2, bidders shall convene at 09:30 AM local time, 12th August 2026 at the GNI Huye Area Office located in Huye District. Bidders shall be responsible for arranging their own transportation and any related costs associated with attending the site visit. The attendance list for each lot shall be signed at the end of each site visit session.
  3. Well printed separated lots bids written in English, properly bound and presented in three copies of which, one original and two copies must reach, in sealed envelopes at Good Neighbors International Head office, not later than 17th August 2026 at 10:00 am local time, accompanied with a bid security of One million Rwandan Francs (1,000,000 RWF), issued by a reputable bank or a registered financial institution. Bidders should sign in the tender register during submission; however, late bids shall be not received.
  4. The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on 17th August 2026 at 10:05 a.m. local time at Good Neighbors International Head office (Kigali). Good Neighbors International-Rwanda reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to give reasons for its decision”
