Invitation to Individual Consultants – GCA VF016 Project
The University of Global Health Equity (UGHE), with support from the Science for Africa Foundation under the Grand Challenges Africa Round 17 programme, is implementing a 24-month project titled “Accelerating Innovation in Vaginal Formulations in Support of Women’s Health.”
The project aims to develop a safe, low-osmolality, lignin-based vaginal gel platform for delivering active pharmaceutical ingredients. It will also assess the safety, stability, and compatibility of the proposed formulations with the vaginal environment.
UGHE therefore invites qualified individual consultants to apply for the following positions:

CVs and other academic documents must be submitted electronically through the UGHE e-Procurement System no later than 23:59 Kigali time on 15th October 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
The results of the public opening session will be made available in the system immediately after the tender submission deadline has expired.
