Created in October 2015 by the GOR, ATL is the holding company for Rwanda’s air transport products and related services with the purpose of elevating the position of Rwanda as a regional aviation hub.ATL is a start-up holding company with an assigned portfolio of 3 operational (RwandAir, RAC, Akagera) and 2 non-operational businesses (RTE and RLL).The 5 subsidiaries collectively form the basis to deliver the air transport value chain through air transport, airport management, aviation training, tourism products and logistics / cargo.
