You probably have tasks at work that you do again and again. Sending the same emails. Preparing weekly reports. Following up with people. Updating spreadsheets. Collecting information. Sending reminders.
What if some of that work could happen automatically?
Inzira Learning Hub, an initiative of HC Solutions Ltd, is opening applications for an 8-week practical AI Automation Programme designed around the work you actually do.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?
You won’t just sit through AI lessons and receive a certificate. You will bring one real task from your work and learn how to automate it.
By the end of the programme, you could have a working automation that you can actually use at work — and demonstrate to your manager.
You will learn how to use tools such as AI, n8n, Google Sheets and Google Forms to build practical workflows that can:
- Send emails and reminders automatically
- Collect and organise information
- Generate reports and documents
- Connect different tools and processes
- Create AI assistants that can work with your organisation’s documents
- Reduce the time you spend on repetitive tasks
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
AI & Prompting: learn how to get useful, reliable results from AI and understand what information should and should not be shared with AI tools.
Automation with n8n: build workflows using triggers, actions and approval steps — so automation can work for you while people remain in control.
Data & Workflows: learn how to organise information using Google Sheets and Forms and connect it to automated processes.
Responsible AI: understand safe and responsible AI use, including Rwanda’s data protection requirements.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This programme is for people who spend time every week doing repetitive work on a computer. You could be:
- An HR or administrative professional
- An accountant or finance professional
- Working in sales or customer service
- Working in a school, hospital or NGO
- A small business owner
- A professional in any other sector
- A job seeker looking to develop a practical AI skill
You don’t need to know how to code. If you can comfortably use email and a spreadsheet, you can get started.

Saturday sessions are focused on practical work, with coaches available to help you build your own automation.
ONE IMPORTANT THING
This is a training programme, not a job placement programme.
We won’t promise you a job. What we will give you is a practical skill, a working project and guidance on how to keep using what you learn.
