A call for expressions of interest for the supply and service provision by pre-qualified service providers for the year 2026
The African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is a Christian, local, non-Governmental organization dedicated to working with children, youths, families and their communities to address the root causes of poverty. We aim at holistic transformation in all our interventions. We know families and community are key to sustainable transformation. Our mission is to “Evangelize Rwanda through Word and Deed in Partnership with the Church”. We operate in Kigali City and in all the four Provinces in Rwanda. AEE Rwanda collaborates with different partners in implementing life changing projects and programs.
As part of its efforts to improve procurement procedures and program implementation, AEE Rwanda is establishing a 5-years framework contract with a trusted list of pre-qualified suppliers. In this regard. we are inviting eligible supplies to submit their expressions of interest for the following domains
- Comic&graphic design, printing, branding, binding visibility materials ( T-shirts, pull up, banners, brochures trophy cups and related services.
- Security services
- Office materials, hygienic materials, scholastic materials
- Office equipment (tables, chairs, cupboard)
- Office/House repair and maintenance (painting, plumbing, electricity etc
- Vehicle repair and maintenance(garage)
- Motorcycles repair and maintenance
- Motorcycles spare parts and lubrication
- Fuel provision
- Insurance for vehicles & motorcycles
- Event management ( tent, chairs, decoration and supply of heavy sound system)
- TV, community Radios, radio talk shows
- TVET materials
- Cars wash
- Irrigation, post-harvest equipment, supply of value addition materials and equipment
- Fertilizers and seeds
- Transport services (vehicle hire within Kigali & outside)
- Photography, video taking and recording
- Cleaning services
- Internet services
- Office equipment repair
- Hotel/Guest house/Restaurant, conference hall, coffee shop services
- Construction and renovation services including construction of Early Childhood Development Centres,
- Agricultural output storage facilities
- IT technical services maintenance& equipment supplies
- Sewing machine supply (different type of sewing machines
- Office renovation
- Consultancy services (individual & company) in various fields including financial audits, baseline surveys, midi-term and endline surveys, professional development services like offering training services.
- Agriculture sector expertise, equipment, seed, consumables supply, training, agricultural & nutritional consultancy and services
- Sport wear
- Hybrid car services/garage
- Air conditioning(ac) supply, installation and maintenance
- Supply of chickens
- Supply of pigs, piglets, goats, sheep
- Digital services provision (Apps, training)
- Kitchenware
- Import duty/tax clearing agents
- Supply of mats, umbrellas
- Provision of vehicle fabric roof covers/convertible roof coverings, rear guards and other related car protection services.
- Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Equipment and Services
- Solar Energy and Electrical Systems
Interested suppliers and service providers should be legally registered and appropriately licensed to provide the goods or services for which they are applying. The documents to be submitted should include: RDB Certificate, Proof of EBM Usage, Tax clearance, VAT Certificate, three certificate of successful completion in the relevant domain, Certificate of good standing issued by RDB
The companies are encouraging to submit one hard copy of their documents to AEE Rwanda headquarter in Gishushu, opposite Gasabo district and a soft copy of the same file should also be sent to aeeprocurement@aeerwanda.ngo by no later than 30th October 2026.Please remember to specify the domain you are bidding for:

Submission of an Expression of Interest does not constitute a contract or guarantee future business. AEE Rwanda reserves the right to evaluate, shortlist, pre-qualify, or reject any application in accordance with its procurement policies and applicable regulations.
Only suppliers and service providers who meet the required qualification criteria and demonstrate satisfactory capacity may be included in the AEE Rwanda pre-qualified supplier/service provider database to be consulted upon need.
