IMPORTANT: This RFP is issued under the AWF Procurement Policy. Technical and financial proposals are submitted as separate files; financial proposals are opened only for technically qualified consultants. AWF is not bound to accept any proposal.
SECTION 1 — LETTER OF INVITATION
The African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), Rwanda Country Office, has received funding from its VCDP funding partners toward the cost of the Volcanoes Conservation and Development Programme (VCDP) and intends to apply part of the funds to consulting services for Design, Production Plan, Bill of Quantities and Works Supervision for the Green Village Agriculture Zone (AHEZA Kinigi, 20 ha) (AWF-RW/RFP/FY27/022).
AWF invites eligible consulting firms to submit proposals. Firms may associate as a joint venture or with sub-consultants (see Section 2).
A consultant will be selected under Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS). The assignment is described in the Terms of Reference (Section 3) and the evaluation criteria in Section 4.
