Agri Value Chain Ltd , a leading manufacturing company in Rwanda, specialized in the production of cooking oil and laundry soap, is seeking qualified and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team across the Country. The ideal candidates should be energetic, self-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets across our operational areas.
Position: Sales Executives
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct route sales activities and develop strong customer relationships within assigned territories.
- Conduct direct sales to retailers, wholesalers, institutions, and individual customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Support stock handling and basic depot activities including receiving, issuing, and proper recording of goods.
- Promote company products, identify new customers, and expand market coverage.
- Maintain daily sales reports, cash collections, and ensure timely reconciliation.
- Assist depot attendants when required to ensure smooth operations.
- Operate EBM (Electronic Billing Machine) for issuing invoices and maintaining proper sales records.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in direct sales, depot attendant or route sales.
- Ability to use EBM effectively.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of depot operations is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Valid Driving License Category A or B is an added advantage.
