Blackbuck has equipped Rwanda's best cafés, hotels, and offices with professional espresso machines, grinders, and technical service since 2020. We're looking for a new member in our Technical Department.
Location : Blackbuck's main office is in Kigali, Gikondo.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair professional coffee machines and grinders for clients Perform routine servicing and testing of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist customers with technical support, advising on the use of accessories and spare parts.
- Conduct quality checks on repaired or rented machines before delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities like spare parts usage.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely sales, rental, and repair requests.
- Adhere to safety standards and company protocols during all technical work.
What we're looking for
- Fluent French or English required
- Familiarity with basic mechanical and electrical systems; knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to assist clients and report technical issues.
- Physical ability to handle equipment installation and repairs (e.g., lifting machines, working with tools).
