TENDER NOTICE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF LIFE GIVING CHRISTIAN ACADEMY (LGCA) DAYCARE, NURSERY AND PRIMARY SCHOOL, MASORO PARISH 

TENDER TITLE: MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING (MEP) WORKS (LABOUR ONLY) 

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: ERC/MP/WORKS/2026/03 

1. Evangelical Restoration Church (ERC Masoro Parish) located at , KG 30 Street, Masoro Village, Masoro Cell, Ndera Sector, Gasabo District, City of Kigali, hereinafter called the "Client"

2. ERC Masoro Parish hereby invites qualified and interested companies to submit bids for labor services related to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works, as detailed in the Statement of Requirements. 

3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained by sending a request via email with subject line “Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works “ to ercmasoro@ercfamily.org , upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to account No 100001958857 opened in Bank of Kigali (BK-FRW), in the name of ERC KIPM MASORO.

4. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to: construction.ercmasoro@gmail.com 

5. Submission Requirements:

Sealed hard-copy submission consisting of: 

  • One original and one copy of the Technical Proposal 
  • One original and one copy of the Financial Proposal 

Submission instructions: 

  • The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must each be placed in separate sealed envelopes. Both sealed envelopes shall then be enclosed in one sealed outer envelope.∙ A mandatory USB flash drive containing the full bid documents must be included inside the outer envelope.
  • Submissions must be delivered to ERC Masoro Parish at the above address no later than August 26th, 2026 at 11:00 am. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

6. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 17th, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.7. Marking of the Outer Envelope
