TENDER NOTICE
ECF-BRD-TND-2026-007_ PROVISION OF BUS LOGO PAINTING & BRANDING SERVICES
Ecofleet Solutions Ltd is a government-owned company mandated to transform and modernize public transport service delivery in the City of Kigali. As part of standardizing its corporate identity across its bus fleet, Ecofleet Solutions Ltd intends to engage a competent, reputable service provider for the professional application of the Ecofleet Solutions logo and branding elements on its buses, using automotive-grade paint.
The branding shall comply with the approved Ecofleet Bus Branding & Logo Placement Guide, which defines the required artwork, dimensions, positioning, alignment and visibility of the branding elements, including side logos, front icon and rear logo.
The objective of this tender is to competitively select a qualified service provider capable of delivering high-quality, durable and consistent Ecofleet logo branding across the bus fleet, in accordance with the approved corporate identity and branding specifications, at competitive and value-for-money pricing. The exact number of buses to be branded will be confirmed at contract award and may be issued in phases via call-off instructions.
Eligibility
Participation is open to all eligible firms that meet the requirements specified in the tender documents attached, including valid RDB business registration, valid RRA tax clearance certificate, demonstrated experience in automotive painting, vehicle wrapping/branding or similar fleet-branding assignments supported by at least two (2) reference contracts or client testimonials, and confirmation of adequate workshop/on-site facilities and equipment.
Contents of the Bid
Bids shall comprise a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal, submitted as two (2) separately and clearly labelled files. As specified in the attached Tender.
Mandatory Sample Bus
The preferred bidder shall be required to complete the specified Ecofleet logo branding on one (1) sample bus, at their own cost, prior to final contract award. Successful approval of the sample bus shall be a mandatory condition for final contract award.
