All proposals from interested and qualified bidders must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement System https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php no later than June 19th 2026, 10:00AM Kigali time
It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that their submission is completed by the deadline and all documents are Signed, Free of viruses and corruption. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in disqualification.
