AKADEMIYA2063’s programs portfolio consists of The Regional Strategic Analysis and Knowledge Support Systems (ReSAKSS), the African Growth and Development Policy (AGRODEP) Modeling Consortium, and the Malabo Montpellier Panel (MaMo Panel).

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION – TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICES 

AKADEMIYA2063 invites qualified travel agencies to submit quotations for the management of airline ticket reservations and related travel services. 

Services include: airline ticketing, hotel reservations, ground transportation, traveler assistance and 24/7 emergency support. 

Contract duration: 1 year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance.

Key requirements:

minimum 5 years’ experience, IATA or equivalent accreditation, experience with NGOs/international organizations, bilingual service (English/French), and appropriate insurance and emergency support systems.
