PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE: SALE OF USED VEHICLE 

African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE) Rwanda invites sealed bids for the purchase of a used 2014 Toyota Double Cabin Pick-up on an "as-is, where-is" basis. The manual-transmission vehicle has a mileage of 208,662 kilometers and features new tires in good condition. Physical inspection is open at the AEE Rwanda Head Office from September 28 to October 8, 2026, strictly between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. 

Interested bidders must submit their written financial offers in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Tender for Vehicle Purchase". Submissions must be physically delivered to the AEE Rwanda Head Office at KG 201 Street 46, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali, no later than October 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The formal tender opening session will take place immediately at the same venue, and the successful bidder will be notified within 48 hours, and the payment will be due in 5 working days.
