INVITATION TO TENDER: 02/CO/DU/GIS/2026
TITLE: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PRINTER AND SERVER
- Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi invites qualified bidders to participate in the tender for the Supply and Installation of Printer and Server. The tender shall be conducted in one (1) lot.
- Participation is open, under equal conditions, to all specialized enterprises legally operating in the relevant field.
- Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from the Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi office starting from 30 September 2026, upon presentation of a deposit slip for a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000, deposited into Account No. 4076200015973 held at Equity Bank, in the name of Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi.
- Bids shall be prepared in English or French, properly printed, signed, stamped, and bound. Each bid shall be submitted in three (3) copies: one (1) original and two (2) copies.
- Bids shall be submitted to the Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi office no later than Friday, 16 October 2026, at 10:00 hours.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Committee Letter.
- The outer envelope shall clearly indicate the name and title of the tender.
- Bids shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline for submission of bids.
- All payments shall be made in Rwandan Francs (RWF).
- The opening of bids shall take place on the same day, Friday, 16 October 2026, at 10:30 hours prompt, at the Cooperative Duharirane Gisozi office, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
