King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (KFH R) invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply of the following items:

LOT 1: SUPPLY OF DUSTBIN, BOOTS and SMALL BUCKETS.

LOT2: SUPPLY OF SOAP DISPENSERS, HAND SANITIZERS DISPENSERS and PAPER TOWEL DISPENSERS,

Tender Documents may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda in Procurement Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No. 6775021405- opened at

EcoBank.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in one original and two copies, must reach the Procurement Department King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned below no later than 22^nd October 2026, at 2:00 pm and late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address on 22^tnd October 2026, at 2:30 pm local time.

All Bids shall be accompanied by a Security Bid of 1500,000Rwf duly signed and sealed by the guarantor recognised Bank /Insurance Company( This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period
The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
