REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF RAIN WATER HARVESTING TANKS
PROJECT BACKGROUND.
Sabyinyo Community Livelihood Association (SACOLA), in partnership with the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), is implementing the project titled ‘Empowering Youth for Climate-Resilient Conservation and Sustainable Livelihoods in Rwanda.’ The project aims to promote the adoption of nature-based solutions, including rainwater harvesting to enhance both environmental resilience and community livelihoods.
SACOLA wishes to announce a tender for supply and installation of rainwater harvesting tanks to support vulnerable families located in Volcanoes Landscape region. The Services required are described in detail in the Statement of Requirements.
Preparation of Quotations: You are requested to quote for the Services by completing, signing, and returning:
1. Tender Submission Sheet.
2. The quotation should be accompanied by:
- Letter addressed to SACOLA chairperson with the tender cost.
- Company Registration certificate
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by RRA.
- RSSB certificate
- Being ready for supplying and installation of rainwater tanks within 90 days after signation of contract
- At least 3 years of experience in rainwater tanks supply and installations
- Certificate of completion of at least 3 similar assignments
- Use of EBM for payment
- Confirmation of site visit
- Confirmation of payment of 20,000 Frw for tender documents on SACOLA account number of : 00052-00332965-36/BK
- Validity of Quotations: The quotation validity required is 15 days.
- Date of deadline: 25th May 2026, at 17:00 p.m
- Date of site visit: 18th May 2026 from 10:00 a.m at SACOLA Office, Musanze District, Kinigi sector
